Originally created for young, high potential executives who were being prepared for positions of global responsibility, this workshop has been expanded to meet the needs of all leaders and members of international teams. As globalization proceeds, more and more people are required to work together with a wider range of people from all around the world. To succeed in such a challenging work environment requires the development of general cultural intelligence, i.e., the awareness, knowledge and skills that increase an associate’s ability to adapt quickly and effectively adapt to novel cultural situations.
